Where to first?

LA COSTA

The Coast or like they call it "La Costa" borders the Pacific Ocean to the west. Guayaquil, the biggest city in the country is located in this region, this is a very touristic place and great to go exploring. You can also find great areas in the coast such as Santa Elena and Salinas. One of the best places to go if you are wanting to meet many people from around the world is Montanita. SIERRA

This part of Ecuador is the mountain regions where you will find the Andes. Coming from the coast inland you will see volcanoes and mountain peaks that will be covered full of snow. EL ORIENTE

This is were you will find the tropical forest! This descends into the Amazon Basin from the Andes Mountains. There are different upland rain forests with cascading streams that can be found in Puyo. This region of Ecuador is home to large number of Ecuador's indigenous groups. These group can consist of lowland Quechua, Siona, Secoy, Huaorani, and Cofan. GALAPAGOS

600 Miles west from the Ecuadorian coast you will find the beautiful Islands of Galapagos! These Islands are home to many amazing and different species of animals. Here you will find the famous giant Galapagos Turtles. You can also find a vast amount of marine life like Sea Lions, dolphins, whales, and sharks. The islands are full of surprises!
